CastingEditor.com acts solely as a platform to connect talent with casting professionals, production houses, and recruiters. We do not guarantee selection in any casting opportunity, audition calls, callbacks, job offers, response from casting directors, career advancement, visibility, or success.
Any payment made on the platform is for access to services, tools, and visibility only, and not for guaranteed results. Therefore, no refunds will be provided on the basis of not receiving work, roles, or casting opportunities.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
6. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at query@castingeditor.com within 7 days of the transaction. Provide transaction ID, registered email ID, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
